Details of Permanent and Temporary Recruitment Fees and Conditions

We charge 17.5% of annual commencing gross salary.
Fixed term contracts can be negotiated on a pro rata basis.
Large volume business can be negotiated.

Rebate Facility
Termination in Calendar Month 1 - 75% rebate or free placement
Termination in Calendar Month 2 - 50% rebate or discounted fee of 7.5%
Termination in Calendar Month 3 - 25% rebate or discounted fee of 10%

In order to operate the above rebate facility:
You should notify us within one week of the termination of the employment.
The invoice should have been paid within our terms of business as stated.

A fee is chargeable when a new employee is introduced in any of the following situations:
1. If you introduce that employee within 12 months of having been introduced to you by us.
2. If that employee is employed by you within 12 months of completing an assignment as a temporary worker engaged through us.
3. If within either period of 12 months referred to in 1 and 2 that employee is employed by any other person following a recommendation or introduction from you.

In a 12-month period you will never pay more than one fee for that employee, another fee would only come into force if a rebate had been given.

In the case of temporary staff, we charge an hourly rate, which can vary from time to time depending upon the assignment. You pay us gross as we pay our temporary staff and take responsibility for their PAYE and National Insurance obligations. If you are unhappy with a temporary worker you must notify us within 4 hours of that person starting with you and we will not charge you provided that she or he leaves immediately.

We invoice you at the end of each week for each temporary worker you have engaged and ask for immediate payment of these invoices.

If you take on a temporary worker a normal recruitment fee will then be charged under our terms of business. Our rebate clause does not apply to temp perm placements.

Whilst we make all efforts possible to give you the right people, temp or perm, we accept no liability for loss or expense you may incur as a result of the engagement. We also cannot accept responsibility for work permits, references, qualifications for our staff.

All our invoices are subject to VAT.
